Josh and I had grown accustomed to a series of temporarily rented and tightly enclosed spaces in which to call home during our time before and after life in San Francisco. By no means do we regret the rental era of our lives!
Last year, though, we ventured completely into the unknown and found bountiful new space both inside and outdoors. After getting our bearings as new homeowners — former San Franciscans now with acreage — we set out to experiment and cut through night’s surprisingly imposing darkness.
This experimentation evolved and we explored iteration after iteration, which brought almost any make and model of various lighting to our doorstep. We retained a portion of the growing stock and sent back whatever didn’t meet our quality standards. What remains on our land today inspired Lightscaping — in part due to countless friends and family asking us for links!
We are thrilled to help save you precious time — researching and trialing and erroring — and to allow you to elevate your slice of life at home — no matter its size or the scope of your vision.
